We have independent dyeing production lines, with a daily dyeing capacity of 100 tons. For rabbit hair fabrics, we adopt low-temperature constant-temperature environmental dyeing technology.
Through multiple washing and color fixing treatments, our carpets achieve excellent color fastness, no fading, no color bleeding, and no peculiar smell. It fully complies with international safety standards and is safe for children and pets.
Step 3: Fine Weaving & High-density Shaping
Equipped with 8 professional long-hair production lines, our factory adopts high-density weaving technology. After weaving, the rabbit hair carpet goes through high-temperature setting and professional carding procedures.
This process can make the hair uniform and three-dimensional, effectively solving common problems such as hair loss and collapse, making the carpet durable and long-lasting.
Step 4: Strict Manual & Machine Combined Inspection

Step 5: Exquisite Finishing & Vacuum Packaging
After trimming and finishing, all carpets are neatly sorted. We use professional vacuum compression packaging, which greatly reduces volume, saves sea freight costs, and avoids extrusion and deformation during long-distance transportation.
